Developed in 2011, the Hotel is a modern building with a contemporary design including wood floors and stylish custom furniture in the guestrooms, well sized bathrooms, high ceilings and lots of light and air. Located in the creative nexus of Brooklyn with interiors curated by New York artist/designer Jordan Carlyle. Although the Property is in good condition, it is a relatively blank canvas for a new owner to implement their own design and concept with relatively little capital.
