Lebanon, Indiana is home to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation’s LEAP District (Limitless Exploration/Advanced Pace). LEAP encompasses nearly 9,000 acres of land for high tech users. Eli Lilly’s Medicine Foundry is under construction and is slated to begin operations late 2027. Zoning has been approved for a new Meta facility on 1500 acres and is in the permitting process.
