Pall Mall Court comprises a mixed use Grade II listed building which was constructed circa 1969 designed by architects Lionel Brett & Pollen. The property is an example of post war structure and won the RIBA awards shortly after completion with its exterior of square boxed bronze framing with darkened bronze glass walls. Pall Mall Court includes three linked blocks which make up the complex including Pall Mall Court Tower. The property underwent a £7 million refurbishment programme by developers F&C Property to provide mixed use accommodation. The property presents retail space to the ground floor with office accommodation to upper levels.
The property is located in the heart of Manchester's prime office core just on King Street which in turn links to Brown Street. Public transport is provided by the Metrolink and a bus interchange at Piccadilly Gardens, as well as the main line stations at Piccadilly and Victoria.
