The subject lots are located within the Mesquite Technology and Commerce Center (MTCC). Businesses that have already been developed in the MTCC include the 525,000 square foot Do It Best distribution facility, Star Nursery, Loadtec, Deep Roots Harvest, Eagles Landing Travel Center and many other smaller industries have taken advantage of the MTCC location. Located one lot to the west is the recently developed Crown Holdings Inc. 355,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
