The Hangar at 604 Williams has been a part of Austin’s history for the past century. Marked by three distinct chapters, The Hangar began as an airplane hangar in the 1920s. In the mid 1940s, it became home to Rainhart, a local testing equipment manufacturer, until 2018. It was then transformed into Garden Seventeen, a retail garden center, in 2020. A step back in time, The Hangar retains much of its original character & structure amongst its remaining industrial neighbors in the revitalizing Highland area. It now awaits its next chapter. Envision all the possibilities including food & beverage, hospitality, creative retail & commercial uses.
