Former gas convenience store on Route 281 close to Little York Lake, Dwyer Park, and Cortland Repertory Theatre. This is a small hamlet just south of Preble and north of the Village of Homer. Interstate 81 Exit is about 4 miles to the north. The deed restrictions have been lifted. The Little York Post Office is leasing the white building on the south part of the property.
