This landmark restaurant has been in the same family since it was built in 1973. It has been operated by a succession of proprietors but has remained active with only minor down times in between. Located on a 25-mph curve of US 95 as you enter the town of Beatty from the south, the restaurant has great visibility. Construction is beginning at gold mines in the area, and more restaurants are going to be needed to handle the demand, especially fast food. This diner is turnkey and requires little in the way of permitting to open the doors. The owner has additional land behind the diner they will lease for truck parking or to add a drive-through. The dining room is bright and airy with windows on both sides. The retro-style counter with stools as well as tables create a fun atmosphere that locals have enjoyed for generations.
