The Midtown Mall (formerly known as The Mall at Sears) is located in the heart of Anchorage on the City’s busiest intersection – on the Seward Highway between Northern Lights and Benson Boulevards. Nearly half of Anchorage drives by the Mall every day. Our convenient, central location draws shoppers from all over Anchorage and Alaska. The Mall features some of the area’s strongest independent retailers, as well as many national chains. The Mall is also home to the first and only Nordstrom Rack and Guitar Center in the state, the only REI in the city, and a brand new Carrs/Safeway grocery store. It may not be Anchorage’s largest shopping center but it’s great location and easy access make it Anchorage’s busiest!
