The warehouse is a Block building not like those metal buildings that have no durability. It has very high ceilings 20 feet to be exact. We can customize to meet your needs for whatever you have in mind for your business. The previous tenant built a mezzanine with an enclosed area underneath for anything you my need. It has to 12 foot by 12 foot Overhead doors, electrical outlets through out the space. There are two man door entrances and 6inch concrete floor which is very heavy duty.
