The ground floor is primarily comprised of two rooms which can be divided by still functioning sliding partitions. There is a kitchenette and two separate toilets, plus some storage areas. The first floor is currently a rectangular room with access from the two staircases and large picture windows that provide abundant natural light. There may be scope to increase the usable space by extending into the large loft.
