The North Building has up to 5,000 square feet available which is divisible to approximately 2,500 square feet. As a result of the abundance of parking and entrances on the north and south portions of the building, it would make an excellent ambulatory surgical center. The second floor of the South Building boasts spectacular views and contains approximately 3,911 square feet as presently configured. It is simply demised into two suites, 2A containing approximately 2,000 square feet and 2B containing approximately 1,911 square feet.
