Family Drive-in Theatre is presently leased to an out-of-state tenant. The current lease expires on December 31, 2025. The current tenant has a provision in their lease for a thirty (30) day first right of refusal. Once a contract to purchase is received, the current tenant has thirty (30) days to match the pending offer.

The existing digital projection equipment is owned by the current theatre operating company with headquarters in Texas.
