This is an 1800 square foot pole building. It is approved for up to 4 retail, warehouse or storage units. There is currently no lighting or any improvements but we are willing to build to suite. Willing to split up into 4 units, 2 units (900 sq each) or keep it as one. There is sewer and water and electric run to the building so build-out would be quick. The building has Asphalt parking and is easily accessible for large trucks.
