The Seattle Design Center is located just a few miles south of downtown Seattle in the revitalized Georgetown neighborhood. First opened in 1973, the Seattle Design Center has been the Pacific Northwest counterpoint for the design community and a place designers and homeowners can gather to purchase high end home furnishings. This nationally recognized marketplace is home to 156,000 square feet of luxury showrooms on two levels and a place designer's cultivate their design vision. A four million dollar renovation took place between years 2015 - 2017 to modernize the design center and offer additional amenities for showroom tenants and visitors.
The property connects to the adjacent recently renovated 280,000 square foot creative office building called "G2". Both buildings are connected by a sky bridge as both buildings share in project amenities such as a gym facility, conference centers, event space and marketplace eatery opening soon.
