Velocity Venture Partners launched a significant redevelopment of this historic Philadelphia industrial campus in 2024. Utilized for over five decades as an auto parts manufacturing facility, the site's mix of significant utility infrastructure and functionality (20+ dock doors and average clear height of 20') lend well to both manufacturing and warehouse/distribution users. Velocity's redevelopment modernized the campus through additional loading courts and an aesthetic redesign - allowing us to multi-tenant the site with users starting at 75,000 SF. As of April 2026, 77% of the complex has been leased and one 115,000 SF unit remains available.
