Apex has undergone significant common area upgrades to complement its already stellar location. Brand new spec suites have been completed and there are currently more extensive common area improvements under way including: addition of an outdoor amenity area, modern landscaping, updated interior and exterior signage, new flooring in lobbies and new carpet in corridors.
