The facility will host two large light filled swimming pools ,a fitness center, a childcare center and a wellness center that facilitates medical programs run by Montefiore Medical Center. Public commons at La Central will feature lush green areas for relaxation and play such as open lawns, interactive, natural play scapes, gaming tables and sustainable rain gardens.
