The Outreach Center has full-service suites available from a single office up to a 4000 sq ft suite. The all-inclusive suites include all utilities, taxes, coffee bar with supplies, kitchen, several conference rooms, janitorial cleaning and supplies, private wifi, receptionist, 24/7 access with finger scanner, central location off I-25 with views of Pikes Peak, and access to Ute Valley Park trails. There are no other fees or NNNs charged to the tenant. As electricity and taxes increase your monthly expense won't change. Conference rooms have projection and web-enabled TVs. The spaces are available for immediate occupancy.
