Owner inherited this unit and prefers single family homes in his portfolio so just didn't choose to have it and doesn't want it. This had nothing to do with the unit and was never his rental or property until now. He wants a quick and painless sale. Price is negotiable, but we are investors so sending silly offers is a waste of time. If you are realistic and want a good rental or easy to maintain living space this is the place.
