Access to the site is provided by a newly installed bridge over the canal. A planned gatehouse marks the entry to the pocket neighborhood. The cul-de-sac drive spirals around a central water body. The 13 single family lots are located at the perimeter. Seven of the lots border the adjacent golf course and the remaining six lots border the canal. Completed work includes: platting, bridge, sewer main, drainage, lift station, water mains and hydrants, transformers set, conduit runt to four installed foundations.
