5500 San Antonio Drive NE was built to suit in 2004. It is a one-story, Class B office building ideal for an office or medical facility, located right off Interstate I-25. The space consists of an office suite, four conference rooms, and 45 private offices. All spaces are equipped with telephones and data ports. The corridor space in the office suite features an area for office supplies and a coffee station, as well as a kitchen and lunch/break room area, shared patio space with tables and chairs, and a barbeque grill.
