The 55M Lobby renovation design provides space for individuals and groups to work and congregate, while taking cues from the history and landscape of the Washington Navy Yard. Inspiration is drawn from the tectonic of shipbuilding and steady movement of the Anacostia River to create unique elements with strong ties to place. The rooftop terrace space at 55M is an urban oasis, uniquely positioned to offer city views of the DC skyline in the background with natural landscape and rooftop farmland in the foreground. The vibe of the fitness center at 55M is that of a boutique fitness studio. The building also features a 5th floor lounge and conference center with seating to accommodate up to 120 people.
