The purpose of the Maple Street Traditional Neighborhood Development Overlay District (MSTND) is to promote opportunities for living units and small to medium size local businesses to be integrated into a traditional neighborhood development pattern that encourages smart growth in accordance with the purposes of G.L. Chapter 40R.
