20 acre site is mostly cleared, 15,000 square foot retail building onsite which can easily be repurposed. The interchange is home to four auto components manufacturers that supply the Kia plant nearby. There are approximately 12,000 people employed at the two plants. There is presently no hotel at this interchange. Great site for hospitality, restaurant or industrial uses.
