I own it and my plan was to renovate and keep it, but the location is too far for my other obligations and I don't have historical renovation experience to this level. Ideally, the land needs to be developed or the house need the floorplan reworked or added onto, kithcen and baths updated, back building finished and relist for $750k plus! I am just looking to get out of it for personal reasons that have nothing to do with the property.
I would consider partnering this renovation with someone as well.
