A major redevelopment to a legacy Calgary Co-op grocery store site along 16th Avenue NE Calgary. The redevelopment will see the demolition of the existing grocery store and the addition of a new mixed-use building featuring a 40,000 square foot grocery store and approximately 5,000 square feet of accompanying retail at grade with over 189 residential units above. he redevelopment will also facilitate further densification to the site with the addition of a car wash and another 15,000 square feet of commercial services. The project will be phased to ensure the existing grocery store is open until the new store is ready. Royop will be overseeing the entire project from conceptualization, financing, municipal approval, through to construction and leasing. Anticipated Opening Date: 2027
