Evanston Plaza is an established N. Charleston neighborhood center. The new owner, Benbrooke Realty, completed full exterior renovations to the center in 2018, including new facades and pylon signs. The center's excellent high traffic location and tenant mix, including anchors Roses Express and Dollar Tree, make it a destination location along the busy Dorchester Road corridor and surrounding high density neighborhoods. Evanston Plaza is located at a signalized intersection on Dorchester Road, near Charleston International Airport, Charleston Air Force Base and the Boeing Dreamliner campus. Dorchester Road is a a major North Charleston/Summerville corridor with high traffic counts of around 40,000 VPD.
