The climate of smaller motel sales seems to be getting zoning officials to lighten their hard stance position of only motel uses and drifting toward affordable housing/multi-family uses. We just heard of a large motel in Denver being bought by the City for a different use than just a motel, please verify, I think that was the gist of that transaction...
