This two-story structure features a mix of retail storefronts on the ground level and professional offices above, accessed via a central entrance at #52. Over the decades, the building has housed a variety of tenants including tailoring shops, pharmacies, and boutiques. Its facade has undergone several renovations, most notably in 1993 when engaged columns were added to create the current classic look that complements the surrounding business district.
