There are two space for lease. Unit B is a beautifully built-out office space is available in the heart of Morningside Heights, located on 112th Street and Broadway. The total square footage is about 1500. Unit A is the sublease of the church space. For the details, please see the unit description. Zoning is for community facility uses (Use Group 3 & 4) — which includes churches, religious institutions, schools, nonprofits 501c3 organizations. Unfortunately, due to the zoning constraints, we are not able to have for profit tenant occupied the space.
