The sale includes The Beauty Spa, together with its goodwill, trade name, furniture, fixtures, equipment, inventory, transferable digital assets, client database, and any other assets mutually agreed upon by the Seller and Purchaser. The real property occupied by the Business is leased and is not included in the sale.
