'The Perch' redevelopment is located at the corner of Cherry Road and Oakland Avenue in Rock Hill, SC. Ideal retail/office/restaurant location beside Winthrop University. The development includes a new +/- 22,123 SF mixed-use building and the renovation of the +/- 6,843 SF former Coca-Cola bottling plant building. Hobo's, a Fort Mill favorite will take the entire Coca-Cola bottling plant building and Off the Tracks Brewing will take 2,236 SF on the endcap closest to the games area in the new building.
