The historic Loewy Building is being redeveloped by High Tide Capital, historic developers whose mission is to restore landmarks and return them to their high tide. High Tide is converting the Loewy Building into 56 apartments to be completed in late 2026. There is up to 7,400 SF of high profile retail/office space to lease on Fourth Street. Suites are 1900 - 7400 SF and can be combined. Building includes tall storefronts and 12' ceilings. Some visitor parking is available behind the building and on the street.
