One High Line is a two-tower mixed use development designed by Bjarke Ingels Group located at 500 W 18th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Developed by Witkoff Group and Access Industries, the 900,000 SF project consists of 36 and 26-story residential towers rising from a shared podium with a private landscaped residential porte-cochere. The project will be compromised of 236 luxury condominium units, a five story boutique office buildings, the 120-room flagship Faena New York Hotel, and 11,480 SF of ground floor retail, and a public plaza adjacent to The High Line on Tenth Avenue.
