Former FN Burt Box Factory originally constructed between 1901 and 1927, it was the largest paper box manufacturing facility in the world when it was completed. Largely vacant between 1957 and 2015, the current owners completed a gut renovation of the whole space, bringing residences, retail and office spaces together to create a stand-alone neighborhood adjacent to Larkinville.
