This one and one-half story masonry industrial building replicates the traditional mill-type construction with vaulted ceiling reinforced by steel rods in the interior. The first floor contains a total of approximately 3,200 sf (more or less) broken down with 800 sf allocated to the front finished main entry area and approximately 2,400 sf allocated to the rear area. Ceiling heights in this part of the building are 12.8' and 16' respectively. The 2nd Floor/Mezzanine area contains approximately 1,000 sf. Heat is provided throughout the 1st Floor of the building by ceiling suspended, gas fired radiant heaters. The 2nd Floor is heated by electric baseboard heat.
