This grand old brick building was once the home for the Monticello Masons and has always been referred to as the " Masonic Building ". Built, probably in the early 1900's it has a unique architecture in the front. There are three floors each having about 4,560 sq. ft. for a total if 13,680 sq. ft. with a full basement. Renovations have been started. There is a new concrete floor in the basement and all the stone walls have been reappointed to make them watertight.
