New mixed-use development located on Hillcrest Drive, directly across Highway 20 from the City Center and the E Center. This project features approximately 13,275 square feet of new retail and restaurant space divided between two buildings. Designed to complement the existing 306-unit Conclave Sugar Hill luxury apartments, the development focuses on attracting a curated mix of "homegrown" boutiques, fast-casual eateries, and full-service restaurants.
To ensure seamless connectivity with the downtown district, the project will be integrated with the Sugar Hill Greenway and linked to the E Center via a new pedestrian bridge spanning Highway 20, which is slated for completion in 2026. Additionally, the site will feature a two-acre public park, further enhancing the "live, work, play" atmosphere that has become the hallmark of Sugar Hill’s revitalized downtown.
