Do not call for a restaurant space unless you are OK with the below items. Any retails are welcome except for a smoke shop. 1. You may have less than 5 parking spaces when we lease up all units with employee parking unless you have an idea of valet parking. 2. Tenant must spend at least $250,000 to pen a restaurant here. If not please contact a GC and architect. 3. Make sure tenant's PERSONAL credit score is at least 700 or higher. 4. Even though you have all above listed items satisfied make sure you have to know it may take 12 months to open a restaurant here and you have to pay rent even if your business is not open.
