Set of several plots for residential use with a total area of 81,083 m2, each of which has an approximate area of 13,463 m2. All the plots border on each other. Currently there are fruit trees, arable land and shrub grass. All plots have a water concession. These lands are located in the plain of the Tagus River as it passes through the town of Malpica del Tajo.
