South Congress Yards is a mixed-use, creative campus of eclectic buildings located in south Austin on Austin's most iconic street: South Congress Avenue. South Congress Yards is a 15-acre site that will consist of over 800,000 square feet of creative space when fully developed. Spaces are available in existing buildings and new buildings being constructed that can accommodate a diverse mix of businesses including retail, restaurant, office, hospitality, manufacturing, studios, and every creative use you can imagine. Many of the original buildings at South Congress Yards were retained and repurposed for authenticity. In addition, South Congress Yards will be home to new creative office buildings developed in this unique setting benefitting from the eclectic mix of creative tenants.
