There are two buildings, one story each. 4901 is a home converted to office space. Approx 900 sq/ft. A/C with heat pump and upgraded insulation. 4905-4909 is 3,200 sq ft. These were two buildings joined into one. The 4905 side has four medical exam rooms which have been used for general office personnel. This side was totally remodeled in 2024. The 4909 end has been used for physical therapy and later for a counseling firm.
