485 Madison Avenue was built in 1929 and designed by Architect J.E.R. Carpenter, Jack Resnick & Sons purchased this building in 1976. The modern, double-height lobby boasts a Portuguese limestone floor, Southern black granite and green marble walls, and soaring wrap-around wood panels.
