McKamy Storage is an 81 unit climate controlled, fenced, secured, exterior lighted self storage facility located in Caney City, Texas at Cedar creek Lake in East Texas. The facility also has 22 parking spaces with electricity to each space. All units are rented on line and all rental payments are made on line. McKamy Storage is digitally managed by Storable and all property, building and unit access uses Noke locks through an app the tenant downloads. Ownership will consider separating the parking area as a pad site and selling it separately.
