This building has served St Anthony since 1935; it is now time to bring a new mission to this iconic building. What new activity would YOU like to see here; perhaps a community center, live theatre, performing arts. . . with it's many beautiful stained glass windows, acoustically pleasing main meeting room with 22 pews, 18'x19' arched ceiling stage. The upper/mezzanine level has a viewing room with 9 pews and two offices. The basement and main level are served by a lift/elevator installed about 2000. Electrical upgrades have been made (extent unknown), there are 3 sink stations in the large kitchen. A Natural gas boiler furnace (working but at the end of it's economic life), water heater and sprinkler system controls are located in the basement. The metal roof was installed in the recent past and appears weather tight. The bell tower allows a small leak in certain weather conditions. Viewings of the property must be when the building is not being used. Excluded times: Thurs & Saturday's after 6:30 pm; Wednesday afternoons thru 03/12; Sunday's from 10 am - 2 pm; Tuesday's after 6:30 pm. The building is handicapped accessible through the lift from the sidewalk level to the main meeting area and the basement, the bathrooms are NOT accessible.
