Chick-fil-A, Inc. is an Atlanta-based, family owned and privately held restaurant company founded in 1946 by S. Truett Cathy. The Company has steadily grown to become the largest quick service chicken restaurant chain in the United States, based on domestic annual sales, with nearly 3,100 locations in 47 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Total system-wide sales generated from franchised and company-operated restaurants equaled $22.7 billion in 2024, a 5.4% increase from 2023. Lewis Center is a community located in northwestern Orange Township, Delaware County, Ohio, within the Columbus Metropolitan Statistical Area. Lewis Center lies on the east side of the Olentangy River, across from the city of Powell, west of Alum Creek State Park, and north of the Polaris shopping hub. The community is home to over 30,000 residents.
