The Albert Harkness Estate Building (ca. 1906): Martin and Hall architects. 4-story stone and brick building is a typical turn of the century commercial building in downtown Providence, a well proportioned and well detailed example of period architecture that adds to the visual quality of the Washington streetscape. The ground floor is home to three commercial restaurant spaces and the upper floors house Brown University's consortium with Trinity Rep on the 2nd and 3rd floors and Cornish Associates office on the 4th floor.
