456 Plane Street is a recently subdivided parcel in RMCP and will be the last one sold by the developer. The parcel totals 0.96 acres and will be sold partially graded with all utilities pulled to the site, and paved access & parking for approximately 26 vehicles. The building envelope is approximately 25,500 SF. On the neighboring parcel to the north, a 12,000 SF metal warehouse building will be constructed. On the neighboring parcel to the south, two, 5,000 SF metal warehouse buildings are currently under construction. A 30’ wide access road will be constructed off Plane Street and provide access to these three lots and 456 Plane Street.
