Cushman and Wakefield is proud to present The Sterling-Berry House, located at 4515 Yoakum Blvd., Houston, TX. This historically designated home was built in 1916 (completed in 1917). The initial construction of the home is accredited to the Russell Brown Company. In 1919, famed architect, Alfred C. Finn was commissioned to construct the picturesque front porch with the artistic floral ornament detailing, a classic representation of the art Nouveau of France and Belgium.
