May 2001: Somerset Business Partners, LLC purchased this building from the Daniel Corporation as part of a portfolio which included the four Somerset Park buildings, Somerset Place, and the Somerset Business Center for $39 million. The Somerset Business Center was the first building constructed in the Somerset Office Park. This is a 110,310-square-foot, six-story office building with approximately 16,879 square feet on each floor. The Somerset Business Center has access to Falls of Neuse Rd and is located within 1.5 miles of over 40 restaurants, three shopping centers, and numerous hotels.
